♡ Do you ship internationally?

I do! However for certain countries, things become more complicated:

♡ Because of the LUCID laws, I am unable to ship to Germany. It is out of my means to handle.

♡ Buyers from the EU and UK are free to buy from the shop but must understand that the VAT payment will be their responsibility upon delivery.

♡ If for whatever reason, I cannot ship to your country, I will issue you a full refund!

♡ How long will my order take to ship?

Because of my schedule as a full-time student, I’m only able to work on packaging orders on the weekends. Usually, I’ll post orders every Saturday. Delivery times withing the US range from 3-5 days, and internationally from 1-4 weeks depending on the country.

♡ Do you give refunds?

Refunds are only given if the order has arrived damaged or if I've made a mistake on my part. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me at [email protected] so I can get you a replacement or refund!

If you ordered domestically and your order hasn't arrived in a month, please contact me so I can send you a replacement. It may have gotten lost in the mail. I ask international buyers wait a month and a half because delivery times can be lengthy, especially with delays.

♡ How do Preorders work?

The day after the preorder period ends, I'll place the order with my manufacturer. The process of having new merch made and shipped to me typically takes around two to four weeks depending on the order size. I'll pack and post all orders including preorder items that weekend.

From there, the typical shipping times will apply, found above. Leftovers will be added to my shop shortly after previous orders have been dealt with.

If your order has a mix of preorder and in stock items, they'll be shipped together once the preorder items arrive. Please make separate orders if you'd like your in stock items sooner.
